Work Details And Responsibilities   
Job Description:
ÿ Troubleshoot for technical issues related to computers, peripherals, scanners and printers
ÿ Providing technical assistance to international clients
ÿ Should focus on selling of Annual/Per incident plan
ÿ Technical Sales process( Inbound/Outbound Voice based) receive the calls of the Customers, Solve their query, up-sell the product
ÿ Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets
Desired Profile:
ÿ Experience in  Tech sales(Voice based) for at least 1 year.
ÿ Good understanding of Technicalities of Computers/ Operating System/Antivirus
ÿ Excellent communication skills in English
ÿ Must be a graduate or pursuing graduate
ÿ Must be a self starter, confident and should possess good convincing abilities
ÿ Should be flexible for any shift.
Cabs/Meals would be provided
