* Good family background
* Good English communication
* Worked with successful records in his past companies
* Good in basic scientific knowledge
* Consistency in work in the companies and not switching every 6 

   months or an year (important).
                                                         

Experience                                    :   Minimum 1 year in Pharma 

                                                          segment/Mr/sales only.

Salary Package                              :    
10 - 15 K per month + allowances but salary is not a bar of deserving candidates.

Shift timings                                   :   Normal

Work Details And Responsibilities :    

* Business development of his HQ
* Daily field working ,Doctors call,Prescription generation,chemist 

   call etc.
* Weekly and month report to his manager.
* Data analysis
* Doctor conversion and expansion of business
* Activity planning and execution in field.
* To plan ,implement and execute sales and marketing strategy to 

   expand the business in favor of organizational profit .
* Position of formulation of products all across in terms of better 

   visibility and awareness .
* Coordination and budget control and achievement .

Skills Required                                :   

* Only good and relevant candidate
* Knowledgeable in relevant sector i.e, Pharma ethical division
* Presentable,communicable
* Good market and past company performance record
* Having basics on the scientific knowledge to understand the 

   medicines and its efficacy and formula
* He should be the one can perform from the day one and in 2-3 

   years can take the next position
