Work Details And Responsibilities :

To provide customer and operations support for one of the clients of NTT Data Global Delivery Service Limited. Monitors, manages and drives customer issues following defined, standard processes and escalation paths to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction with the resolution of the issue. Produces high quality customer updates and relevant written deliverables in conjunction with assigned customer issues. Utilize the tools available to troubleshoot and determine the specific root cause of customer issues. 

Skills Required                                :
Ability to isolate and diagnose problems.
A strong iSeries and WebSphere for the iSeries platform knowledge. Ability to understand and troubleshoot in Java, C++.
• Knowledge of the iSeries Query, SQL and iSeries debug tools.
• Understanding of language of assigned applications. Ability to read code to diagnose a model problem to the line of code    

Understanding of assigned product and associated tracing/debug tools from an application, interface, and database perspective. Understand, collect, read, and interpret trace data to diagnose root cause or identify workarounds.
