Experience                                    :  Ø  Must have a good understanding of a “service business” in a high tech environment.
Ø  Minimum 3 years of experience in related function is required (Technical Call centre preferred)
Ø  Demonstrated leadership abilities and achievement oriented.
Ø  Excellent analytical and problem solving skill, combined with ability  to provide quick resolution to the problems.
Ø  Experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory.
Ø  Must be a customer service oriented and should believe in team work , collaboration, adaptability and initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  
Salary Package                              :  Maximum CTC 3.0 LPA

Cabs and meals would be provided
Work Details And Responsibilities : Ø  Experience leading others, directing and engaging team members to get the very best out of them.
Ø  Motivate a team of Technical Support Executives through performance coaching, training.
Ø  Facilitate customer resolution for escalated calls and engage the necessary technical support.
Ø  Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.
Ø  Report operational achievements and progress to the operations manager on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plan.
Ø  Work with other managers to ensure operational consistency.
Ø  Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines.
Ø  Ability to work without close supervision, define direction and comply with overall strategy and objectives.
Ø  Extensive knowledge of a wide range of technologies and experience in a senior technical support role.  Technical skills must include MS Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite, MS SQL Server, and IIS.
Ø  Develop a strong relationship with the sales team to increase support services agreements sales.
Ø  Deliver and exceed on all team performance targets.
