Work Details And Responsibilities :
Handling board / visitors and all Admin related activities for the Noida Branch;
All day-to-day business activities pertaining to the smooth running of Reception desk.
Follow up and handling of administrative requirements and routines of the Company
Fixing appointments, coordination with client office, follow ups.
Basic Computer work, handling front office, giving information to customers.
Responsible for general maintenance of the office.
Handling calls at the reception
Handling faxes and couriers.

 Skills Required                              :

-Good Communication skills and pleasant personality.

-Positive Attitude & High Energy levels

-Provide accurate / adequate response to public inquiries and handle them in the most professional manner.
