Work Details And Responsibilities :
To do the Tie-ups with Builders and developers
2. To make healthy relationship with developer’s and top under-writer’s to get preference on inventory
3. Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
4. Training sales team: - conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.
5. To arrange lead-generation activities ( arrangement in Expo’s ,bulk sms,bulk email’s etc)
6.. To prepare collaterals (brochure/filers) as and when required
7. Make use of efficient and effective network of brokers and dealers to generate sales
8. Keeping a pulse on all new developments / new projects.
Job Competencies :-
1.Should be well versed with the laws of Delhi/NCR that apply to sale & purchase of properties.
2.Should have a good network among Builder’s & Brokers of Gurgaon & Dwarka Expressway.
3. Minimum 4+ years of Real estate experience.
4. Communication, both orally and written should be excellent, that creates a positive impact, with the ability to influence people through behavioral style to take positive action.
