Work Details And Responsibilities :
Candidate must be handling housing project (tower project) ,our project handling nbcc , government client.
Job Proficiency:
Over All site execution of on going project accordance with
timely schedule strict supervision with achieving of quality,
speedily & safely workmanship
Co-ordination between client agencies/ purchaser for advance
arrangement of materials &involve to achieve continuous
progress and ensuring submission of bill.
Arrangement of procurement of materials, labor contractor,
manpower machinery with proper man-day’s calculation for
activities in project. To ensure timely availability of materials,
machines and manpower
Arrangement of all site setup, like store, cement godown,
steel yard labor hutment, batching plant, toilet ,office& other
necessary item.
Preparation of overall completion plan for the project ,bar chart
and ensure that the work progressing exactlywith respect of
project completion
Prepare method of statement of all activities and proper
planning for smooth workmanship & communicate all necessary
information to all sub ordinate in proper way.
Verify all project details drawing, layout, strata & other reports
of project & vast study of drawing, B.O.Q and implementation at
site.
Arrangement of regular staff meeting to discuss the monthly
/ daily programme of activity , material schedule , quality ,
speed of work and and efficiency evaluation of individuals staffs,
contractors & solve its properly
Up to date analysis of documentation work and new techniques
& ideas adopted for easy work and implement at site with
discipline & pleasant manners.
Timely deliver to projects in most economical way with control of
minimizes errors & wastage of materials.
Job profile
Coordination with various Consultants, Architects,
Contractor and Client for completion of the project.
Checking of bills and approval of extra item, rate analysis.
Monitoring of execution of work from foundation to super
structure work as well as finishing work.
Quality control of different material as per specification.
Health, safety & Environment control. Conducting weekly
meetings and their reporting to all concerned.
Preparation of Progress Reports.
Monitoring & Controlling Project Schedule.
