Shift timings                                  :     Five working days. Variable shifts (night shifts only for 5 nights in a month). Cab transfers
will be provided.

Salary Package                              :     Rs.1, 80, 000 p.a. – 2, 30,000 p.a. + incentives

Work Details And Responsibilities : 
Responsible for reservations via voice / email for Four to Five star hotels. The process is sales driven and requires high standards of Quality.

Perform necessary administrative functions with regards to reservations, cancellations.

Service oriented, ensure guest delight.

Resolving their requests, questions & queries.

Using effective sales techniques to obtain the highest room revenue and sales conversion rate.

Skills Required                               :
Pleasing personality with excellent communications skills,

Quick learner

Basic mathematics skills

Smart & well groomed.

highest standard.

English.
