Work Details And Responsibilities :
General Administration of schools.
Take care of Infrastructure related development.
Regular inspection to ensure proper office housekeeping &
office infrastructure
Cost effective of transport management.
Monitoring & checking stationary records
Vendor Management
Follow up with vendor of timely submission of bills
Departmental MIS & Reports
Vendor Management
Inventory management
Maintain & follow up for Annual maintenance contract for
assets
Coordination with transport vendors for staff & students.
Security Management
To develop plans / layouts for installation of security & safety
equipment's viz : control access system , CCTV , fire alarms
systems , fire hydrant system , public addressing system
Compliance Adherence

Skills Required                               :
Good Interpersonal Skills & good communication skills are pre- requisite
*Candidates having flair in sales will be preferred*
