Work Details And Responsibilities :
 

1.Good communication skills, team handling and negotiation skills, customer focused, concern for Student Safety
2. Ensure School Transport department is maintained in effective manner as per govt. standards, develop and monitor strategies and policies for enhancing revenue, controlling expenses, preparation of monthly reviews.

3. Able to handle entire transport section, transport vendors management & timely payment of vendors

4. Responsible for proper repair& maintenance of vehicles

5. Handle driver& vehicle movement

6. Training & be mentor to drivers

7. Maintain & update vehicle files

8. Inducing route planning , Vehicle maintenance , Coordination - with parents).
