1. Handle the field recruitment work.

2. Recruiting school level staff.

3. Dealing with placement agencies, local people, multiple schools.

4. Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.

5. Building up Database

 Skills Required                              :

Candidate MUST have his own connivance.
