1) Should well known about MSP/Prima veera & know about the
scheduling of work.

2) Should know about the current market rate of labor, material &
construction equipment.

3) Should know about rate analysis as per DAR/DSR/CPWD
specifications.

4) Well known about MS offices software.

5) Co-ordinate with, vendors, Architects and other project related agencies.

Skills Required                              :
Computer Knowledge

e.g- M.S Office, Autocad, MSP is must and Primavera have an added advantage
