Practical knowledge of executing HR processes with ability to relate to people across all the hierarchical levels in the organization, Providing assistance in recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments, Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, and selection, Mapping human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, organizing selection interviews, Updating and providing adherence of HR Policies with regard to recruitment, leave, attendance, etc., 

Skills Required                              :
Capable of maintaining harmonious employee relations among management & workers through efficient administration processes
