Work Details And Responsibilities :
1.Independently handling entire gamut of recruitment.
* Taking care of Manpower Planning, , head-hunting , out of the box think is required to develop new recruitment methods , strategy for recruitment source & process.
* Maintaining skill matrix and MIS on a regular basis.
Creating JDs based on specifications, review & select candidates, closing the vacancies & completing the Joining Formalities.
2.Capable of maintaining harmonious employee relations among management & workers through efficient administration processes.
3.Updating and providing adherence of HR Policies with regard to recruitment, leave, attendance, etc.
4.Assessing feedback, evaluating & providing critical feedback on areas of improvements, Coordinating / following up with various internal and external departments.
5.Bulk hiring experience is preferred.
8.Own Conveyance Must.
